Shot list

Introduction

This blogpost will highlight some of the shots that we will include in our one minute single camera production.

Shot list

Over the shoulder shot - using it when we see the boy standing at the doorway, looking at the girl in the bathroom

Mid shot - using it to shot the girl walking up the stairs to grab the setting and the character in the scene.

Close up shot - to grab the whole character in the scene to portray their emotions and body language.

Extra long shot - to get all of the scenery and characters from a distance to show the audience their surroundings.

High angle shot - when the camera is pointing down towards the father lying on the sofa. This shows the scene from the characters point of view and to make the character seem inferior.
